IT-Friendly Features: Gen5 supports industry-standard protocols like DHCP, DHCPv6, SLAAC, NTP, DNS, and Google Universal Device Management Interface (UDMI). Note that these protocols are mostly not for “network integration”.
More Flexibility: Provides the ability to add additional points to your existing controllers without having to buy entirely new BAS equipment. Unlocks more integration protocols such as SNMP, KNX, and N2 Open.
Enhanced Troubleshooting: Gain insights into controller performance with visual metrics and trends. Resolve network issues with enhanced protocol debugging.
Enhanced Security: Gen5 firmware strengthens security by utilizing BACnet/SC, reducing the risks of cyberattacks.
