Issues fixed in .update files :
- Various Local Access Addressing issues
- Not getting IP address after DHCP lease expires
- Not responding to traffic if B/IP MAC is defined, but network number is set to 0
- Downloading programs with BACnet points in excess of the BACnet object limits of the controller can result in watchdog restarts during download
- An error on any statically assigned network points causes the same error to propagate to all points with static URLs regardless of their actual online/offline status and no Who-Is-Router-To-Network packets are ever sent
